The new real estate in Morocco
boom actually only began in its true and real form, less than
two years ago. I still remember going with a good friend from
Morocco to visit one of the Spanish developers and offering
them real estate in Morocco. The company we visited,
and offered Real Estate in Morocco to, was at that time selling
around 300 homes per month in Spain internationally. When
I mentioned to them that Real Estate in Morocco
was the new and upcoming boom and they should get into it,
they answered with “Who is going to buy in Morocco?”
This company had a proven sales team and knew the European
market purchasing property in Spain but when we approached
them with real estate in Morocco they were very fearful and
mentioned that they did not want to spend much money or time
in advertising real estate in Morocco.
After several meetings and coming to an agreed upon commis sion
contract on Morocco Real Estate , this “well
known” company agreed to give it a try and to sell Real
Estate in Morocco. This all happened in Feburary of 2005.

of except for the fact that a large Spanish developer had
begin a project with the Moroccan government developing a

We were all pleasantly surprised within two months of these
negotiations over 50 properties had been sold it was the beginning
of my experience of sales of Real Estate in Morocco. Within
the next six months another 500 or so properties of Morocco
real estate were sold thru the company I was then working
for in Morocco.

What I have seen is huge
changes in Morocco real estate in a short
time frame, property prices of Real
Estate in Morocco are moving up every three months
or less. With the developments that I have worked with of
Real Estate in Morocco I have seen the prices
increase about 80% in the last year. What is the future? I
am not sure, but in the short next year or three the stage
is set that Real Estate in Morocco is on
the up swing and is gaining momentum. I guess that success
is getting in at the right time and Real Estate

and right place to be able to get huge returns for property
investments as long as things stay pretty much as they are

go up, of course some places will probably be better than
other, but generally speaking all real estate
in Morocco is presently going up.
